4. Customer Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is suspected.
5. Memberships
Memberships may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
By purchasing a membership:
You agree to recurring payments at the selected interval.
Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time.
Cancellation prevents future renewals.
Access remains available until the end of the paid subscription period.
No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing, content and benefits. Any changes will not affect existing paid subscription periods.
6. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable resources, resource packs, templates, guides and educational materials.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is deemed delivered.
All digital products remain the intellectual property of Personal Development Matters.
Purchasing a product grants a licence to use the material but does not transfer ownership.
7. Resource Licensing
Products may be sold under either:
Individual User Licence
School Licence
The licence applicable to each product will be stated at the point of purchase.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Resources may not be resold.
Resources may not be redistributed.
Resources may not be shared outside the purchasing individual or school.
Resources may not be uploaded to public websites, file-sharing services or social media platforms.
Resources may not be incorporated into products for commercial resale.
Any unauthorised distribution may result in licence termination and legal action.
8. Online Courses
Courses may be delivered through immediate access, scheduled release or a combination of both.
Course access is provided for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Where certificates are offered, these may be subject to completion requirements.
We reserve the right to update course content to maintain accuracy and relevance.
9. Consultancy Services
Consultancy services may be delivered online or in person.
All consultancy recommendations are provided in good faith based on information available at the time.
Implementation of any recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.
10. Events, Training and Workshops
Bookings for training events, workshops and consultancy sessions are subject to availability.
If you cancel a booking:
More than 30 Days Before the Event
The booking may be transferred to a future date where suitable.
A cancellation charge of 50% may apply.
Between 14 and 30 Days Before the Event
The booking may be transferred to a future date where suitable.
A cancellation charge of 75% may apply.
Less than 14 Days Before the Event
The full fee remains payable.
We reserve the right to reschedule events where necessary.
If we cancel an event, customers will be offered either:
A replacement date; or
A full refund of fees paid.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.
11. Webinar Recordings
Online training sessions, webinars and events may be recorded.
Where recordings are made available, access may be limited to registered attendees or members.
By participating in a recorded session, you acknowledge that your name, comments, questions or contributions may appear within the recording.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, downloads, videos, presentations, documents, graphics, logos and educational resources remain the property of Personal Development Matters unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Copy materials for resale.
Republish content without permission.
Remove copyright notices.
Create derivative works for commercial purposes.
Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
